Liquor licence
This licence is granted to persons who have satisfied the requirements to sell intoxicating liquor.
Requirements – First Time Applicants
- Application form/s can be collected at the Inland Revenue Department or at any Magistrate's court within any district.
- Upon completion of the form, it must be submitted to the Magistrate's Court in the applicant's district.
- A certificate of approval, when issued by the Magistrate's Court, must be presented to the Inland Revenue Department.
